Ground turkey

Bread, toasted and then crumbled
Instructions
Add all ingredients except the bread into a bowl.
Mix until well combined, then break the bread into small pieces and gently fold into the meat mixture.
Form the meat into equal sized balls.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet.
Gently add the meatballs into the skillet, leaving space in between.
Rotate the meatballs every few minutes to get them browned on all sides.
Cook until the internal temperature is 165.
