My Favorite Beef Marinade
This marinade works on any cut of beef, and is the one I go back to time and again. It takes seconds to put together, and all the ingredients are things that I always have on hand.
All Purpose Beef Marinade
Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Cup Oil
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients into a large plastic storage bag and then add beef.
- Allow meat to marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour before cooking.
