I’ve always been a person who loved food, and loved cooking it for others. After years of battling the scale, I committed to getting healthy about food and use a variety of hacks and subs to deliver all the flavor I want, without expanding my backside.
That said- this isn’t really a diet blog. I do occasionally splurge, and you get those recipes too! If you want to go full fat with some of the ingredients, have at it! I include WW point information because that is the program I follow, but I am in no way affiliated with them.
