Turkey Burrito Filling
First, this was a really hard recipe to name because I use it for SO many things. I use it in burritos, for nachos, on top of potatoes, with eggs for breakfast, and it is almost always in my burrito bowls.
I use ground turkey breast in this recipe instead of a more traditional beef to save on calories (and WW points) but if you are a meat lover, by all means make it with beef. As with almost all my recipes, you can feel free to substitute what you have on hand or prefer – and in this case if you are not a fan of black beans, you could use pinto or kidney beans. If you do not like spice, eliminate the chipotle.
I love to keep everything chunky in this because I love to have the contrasting textures. Doesn’t it look amazing?!
If you’re on WW blue, this is an incredible ZERO points!
